popouts, but uhming, not from china

I am experimenting with making molded fins, and here is one of the halves of a mold i made for my raked noserider/log fin. It opens a whole new aesthetic realm, will be much much less wasteful considering my glassons are almost always custom basis to the board, should offer unique flexes and control of how it flexes, and should be much stronger,,,because when you make a fin panel, it is tons of layers of fiberglass laminated on top of eachother, but the problem is that you have to use sanding resin so that way it is even possible for you to sand and foil the panel into a fin, and the thing with that is that when you glass the fin on,,,the resin is bonding to the scratches left behind from you or whoever foiling the fin,,,,with the mold i can make the fin out of laminating resin,,,and with that when i glass the fin on the resin will be chemically bonding and will be much stronger...................also having the molds allows me to more easily make fins for fin systems (FCS, Future).....although i know how to make fin system fins it is such a pain to get everything to fit perfect.......... ....Jeff whom i just made the 6'2" green biscuit is going to be the first one to get one of my molded fins on his log which i will be shaping tomorrow,,,,his board is gunna be rad
